Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is being used for the entire staff at the country club to clock in and out and deposit checks. Every department has a section for clocking in and out and every department uses it slightly differently. We use Paycom as a variety of lifeguards, bar tenders, pool snack servers, chefs, and more.

  • Face ID sign in
  • Pay rates

Cons

  • Direct deposit
  • Showing if you have a deposited check
  • Allowing you to input bank information
  • Saved time taking turns clocking in on the company iPad
  • The company WiFi at my work isn’t working well outside at the pool, so it is difficult to clock in
  • Saved time going and getting checks from the front office
We use both Paycom and SchedulFly. We use SchedulFly for our schedules and requesting time off. We use Paycom for only payments.

Paycom is well suited for companies that have many different departments that all need to clock in. It is also well suited for a company with many different shifts and arrival times to help manage shift trades. It is easy for everyone to pull out their phone and clock in instead of using a company iPad. It is less appropriate for a small company with less people.
