Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Primarily for time management/PTO, payroll, expense management, benefits, and employee information.
- Decentralized management of employee information to each employee.
- Easy to use mobile application for employee and manager oversight.
- Thorough implementation approach with dedicated team.
- Surprised at the inability to easily connect with third party vendors such as Microsoft GP or Fidelity. Still aspirational and possible, but given the size of both, assumed second nature and standard.
- Added greater access and control of information to employees.
- Enhanced record keeping and reporting over time.
- Improved time card keeping and management of hourly employees.
Allowing greater and easier access of employee information to each employee. Including ability to audit and edit personal information.

Our goal was to put employee data accuracy and access in the hands of the individual employee and out of the corporate/HR area. Paycom delivered with the approach, platform, and implementation team. Our lead on Paycom implementation, Morgan, is a rock star. She skillfully and patiently guided us throughout the process including weekly calls well after our first successful payroll processing.
