Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is used across the whole organization to manage our timesheets/PTO as well as documentation updating/signing, benefits information, and company information.
- Easy clock in/clock out.
- User friendly icons.
- Easy to use on mobile or desktop.
- Notifications continue to pop up on log in screen even after task has been completed sometimes.
Paycom and the other company are comparable. Paycom only updates our PTO every two weeks and the other system updated daily which was nice.
