Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I and our Controller use this system to process payroll. Employees use the self service portion and are very happy with it.

Pros

  • Ease of use for timecards.
  • Seamless interface for 401K.
  • Fast processing time.

Cons

  • It may be me but sometimes the instruction manual is a little difficult to understand and locate whatever our issue may be.
  • The time saved, electronic documentation and ease of use has been a great benefit to us.
A CPA firm is what we left to start with Paycom. They were great people but the ease of this system is awesome.
