Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is being used as the main HR platform for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. It is also used for all reporting purposes. It is used across the entire organization which is comprised of 5 hospitals. Applications, background checks, I9, w-2's and all related onboarding documentation is done through the employee self-service portal.
  • Customer service.
  • All inclusive reporting.
  • User friendly self service.
  • Onboarding process.
  • More detailed help manual.
  • Reduced need for additional staff for HR duties.
Paycom is much more user-friendly and has superior customer service.

Paycom is well suited for a company that wants to equip the employees to utilize multiple platforms of Paycom i.e. time sheet checking, input time off, ask the manager, document reviewing and signing, etc.
It is less well-suited if a company prefers closer micromanagement of these processes. Small companies may not benefit as well as larger companies.
