Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I use Paycom to lessen the burden of onboarding and payroll.
- Always get a live person when I call their 1-800 number.
- Paycom made hiring during COVID easy with their onboarding program.
- Payroll takes me one day versus 4 days.
- User friendly and intuitive.
- Well informed representatives.
- Having access to change our own cascading labor allocation override tables.
- Have birthdate on form one.
- Open enrollment a little better to understand.
- Saved time.
- Accurate payrolls.
- Handles PERA (retirement) well.
This is a night and day difference. Paycom prides itself on reputation, and I feel ADP could care less. They have the best customer service and they care about their clients. Paycom can tailor their product to any business. You can always get a hold of someone.
