Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom for all of our HR needs from payroll, benefits administration, applicant tracking, onboarding, offboarding, data management, etc. There's a large scope of use for the platform and because it encompasses so much there are a lot of modules that we would like to continue to implement in the future.
- Applicant Tracking
- Better implementation
- Customer service is hit or miss
- Hard to navigate some of the customizations
- Expected customizations are not in the system
- Encompass from iModules and now Anthology
The anthology has been very difficult to work with, implementation and cross-module understanding is not where it needs to be especially compared to Paycom Not much more to say here

Best use: large organizations with a clear understanding of what they want and wanting to consolidate all of those things to as few platforms as possible. Paycom is great in getting all of the things you really want in HR/Employee Management in one location and the data talks to each other well, but organizations that are figuring this out will have some difficulty.
