Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is our tool for the employee life cycle - from application to offboarding. We have every module which has helped us increase our compliance, for example, with applicant tracking to EEO-1 reports. Beti is another key module; it has significantly decreased our payroll processing time. Paycom makes our organization much more effective and efficient.
- Beti - decreases payroll process and increase employee accountability.
- Paycom Learning - helping us to develop our talent more broadly and quickly.
- Paycom Survey - quick and easy to get the pulse of our employees.
- Paycom App - super easy and the manager on the go feature is fantastic.
- SFTP/EDI files have been challenging to get connected,
- Expense Management - needs to more simple to import Corporate card expenses.
- Paycom has increased our productivity across all things HR - the payroll process has decreased by 66% of the time spent on processing payroll.
Regarding the cost of Paycom vs. ADP, there is no comparison given the size of our company and all the features we implemented.
