Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We not only use Paycom for payroll but also onboarding of new employees and for certified reports. The report features make it very easy to pull detailed reports in no time. The management of employee benefits and open enrollment reduces the amount of paper and provides an easy way for employees to update not only their benefits information but also their personal information without having to take the time to contact Human Resources to do it.
- Transition from a former payroll company to Paycom
- Availability of customizing and editing reports in no time at all
- Client support is always available
- Training modules for the system
- Having someone available for those in Eastern Standard Time that start at 7 AM
- Certified Payroll reports need some adjustments to make more user friendly
- As a department of time, the ease of the reports saves time to concentrate on other areas of HR.
- The onboarding process has cut the former manual process by 50%
- The Check Approval feature ensures that payroll information is correct and no adjustments need to be made after the employee is paid.
Paychex was very poor in the way they handled taxes. In addition, we went through 7 client support representatives in less than a year. We would not be told when someone left or was transferred. If the representative was off for any reason you may have to wait days until you received assistance. In addition, the report feature was limited and in many instances had to wait for the representative to run it. By going to Paycom we have the client support we need, no issues with the way taxes are handled and the ease of running reports saves so much time.
