Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I use Paycom to run payroll for over 50 employees who work in the restaurant. That includes hourly and salary for the back dept to the front dept. It includes credit card tips. The only issue I have found is the invite email to employees to set up Paycom for their clocking in and out. Paycom is an excellent payroll software program.
- Timecards are efficient.
- Payroll is always on time even non-direct deposit checks.
- Paycom employees are very efficient and always right there when you need them.
- The software program is easy to work with.
- There is always ways to improve but at this time I am happy with the payroll software.
- Paycom Payroll Software has reduced time spent on hourly payroll.
- Paycom has saved time on issuing checks and calculations, it is quick and fast the get the net pay.
Paychex, the worst ever, could not get answers to issues, they did not pay the payroll taxes and caused penalties, it was a nightmare. Paylocity was too complicated, was not easy to use or understand. Heartland, another payroll software that was hard to use, wouldn't allow you to void checks without calling, it was complicated.
