Internal customer service communication. I often had tax or accounting issues, but communication with those specific departments was not allowed. It would simply become passing messages between our customer specialist and that department, with no resolutions forthcoming.
Cost for many additional modules and features are steep

Quick payroll processing times allow for faster administration functions and wrap up
Tax deposits by Paycom save much time, even with issues cited prior

ADP is not local and seems to have a less friendly interface.

I believe the few issues I have had with Paycom are mostly due to the COVID period. Paycom's rapid expansion seems to have caused some growing pains, especially with the erratic labor market. Hopefully this will smooth out in the future.
Paycom is a vendor geographically local to our organization, which we prefer if possible.
Per my research on payroll providers, Paycom seems to be the best currently available. User friendly system.
