Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Shepherd uses Paycom as its main HR/PR platform, including ATS. I am the lone payroll administrator for a 5-location, 320-employee company. I handle all payroll processing and benefits. Paycom allows employees access to request time off and manage their personal information through the app. Managers also have access to their employees through Manager On The Go.
- Vacation and Sick Accruals.
- ATS flows into Onboarding and then Payroll.
- Benefits Administration.
- Payroll processing.
- Quarterly Tax Reports should be available sooner than the month following the end of a quarter.
- New forms design is clunky and more difficult to read.
- Can no longer delete terminated employees from the Time Off Calendar without doing so individually.
- Passwords have to be changed too frequently.
- Less paperwork using Talent Management.
- Less manual adjustments.
We switched from Paycom to Paylocity in mid-2021, and it was a disaster. Switched back to Paycom in November 2021 and addressed some of the issues that prompted us to leave in the first place.
