Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom to help with payroll and human resources. We did everything manually and by switching to Paycom, it has saved us so much time and manpower. It also makes it much easier for us by not having to track down time cards from employees or have to make changes to employee files (addresses, phone numbers, tax info) as they have access to it in the app at all times!
- Training on the system use and functions
- They have a solution for all of our not so common issues
- They are very flexible with tailoring their products to what we need and don't need
- There are A LOT of features. This isn't necessarily bad, but it a lot to learn at one time.
- Although the packages are easily customizable, it would be great to be able to take parts out or add smaller parts of the package
- Saved time- and a lot of it!

- reduced number of manual changes being made to employee's information
There is no comparison. Paycom has many more features, is designed to help the business in tracking and managing employee information, much better payroll system- especially with the "approve my check" feature. It has been a complete change to how stressful our payrolls were to how easily they are completed now. We were hesitant at first due to cost, but it has made up for the price difference with the features and ease of use for the system.
