I used ADP WFN in the past, and while I imagine (and hope) they've updated their archaic tool by now, Paycom was light years ahead of them at that point in time. When we evaluated ADP vs Paycom, ADP was the incumbent so they were arrogant enough to think we wouldn't make the switch. When asked to present their case as to why we shouldn't switch providers, they brought nothing to the table and the entire conversation was over within 10 minutes. Paycom on the other hand, hungry for a new client, came to the table with aggressive pricing and a tool that was years ahead of ADP. Needless to say, ADP wasn't our vendor much longer after that.
