Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We were excited to move from another payroll/hr platform to Paycom, with what shared with us during the initial sales calls it seems like a great choice. Unfortunately, as our implementation began much of what we understood to take the workload off wasn't actually the same as presented, no 360 401k integration, no stock option software integration, and significant lag setting up benefit EDI's. We understood no w2 or check history not load in but not that no previous years history of job changes etc that wouldn't load in.

- We have not had that yet as we are still manually getting through the transition
The time dedicated to this implementation was significantly more than was estimated, but of the work they share will be uploaded isn't entirety.
