Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Currently, we primarily use Paycom for payroll processing, benefit administration, applicant tracking, time and attendance, and employee record keeping. These modules help with time efficiency, compliance, and reporting. We are in the process of implementing a host of other modules as our company is transitioning to a more digital model. We have had a great experience understanding how Paycom can support us as we continue to grow with offerings such as compensation dashboards, learning and development, and expense management all in one system.

  • Full function mobile app allows our employee population to have access to everything they need in the palm of their hand without having to find a computer.
Paycom works well with our employee population and size. They are customizable and able to fit our unique needs. Benefit administration and open enrollment can be done in a breeze. Paycom has lived up to their sales and marketing promises.

Paycom is user friendly making payroll processing smooth and efficient. We appreciate their accuracy, reliability, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing our employees are paid correctly and on time. The compliance support and reporting tools have also been a great asset in keeping our business organized. They are efficient and provide excellent service.
