Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is used as our employee operating system to provide HR and payroll services to our employees. It provides self service, bilingual employee self service model to allow employees to manage their personal information while allowing the human resources and payroll business units to provide operational support to the business.

- Have all reporting information in the time zone of the client and not where Paycom is based

I didn't believe that the timeline set forth for implementation would be met, but I was wrong. It was implemented on time and the data was accurate. The implementation team was extremely detail oriented and took the time to clearly understand our policies and pay rules to ensure that the configuration was correct. The is lead to a seamless implementation.
Paycom was able to provide better customer service support as well as the data being a single database of information allowed for greater flexibility in report writing function. Additionally, being able to have different modalities of recording time worked, via the computer, phone and geofenced locations was something that set them apart from other providers.
