Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is out payroll provider. We use it for all aspects of payroll for the company. We use the time clock for employees clocking in and out for hourly employees. We use it for weekly payroll and for reports.

Pros

  • Time keeping
  • Reporting
  • Processing payroll

Cons

  • Processing payroll could be easier
  • Time saving in employees clocking in and out
  • reduced errors
  • Full automation
We used to use Wells Fargo and this is far superior to that system.
Ease of use and tracking benefits has been very helpful
Paycom has many more features and is far superior to these.
