Paycom Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I usually, every two weeks will approve my check, so I've only gone in there a couple of times to approve my check.
Pros
- It sends me reminders and updates that I need to approve my check. I haven't really, other than that, I haven't been through it much.
Cons
- I feel like my sign-on could have been a little bit easier. I feel like I struggled a little bit. I couldn't give you an example of what, I can't exactly remember what it was, but I struggled a few weeks ago logging in and getting my account set up. So I feel like maybe an easier sign on might've been better I guess, but I have no issues now.
- I don't know. This one, it doesn't seem to have any impact negatively on me or anything like that. So far I like it. I mean, it's decent enough that I'll continue using it. Hopefully I'll go through it a little bit more. And just the ease of use, transparency, be able to find your information
Well, so far that's really all I know of Paycom. I haven't experienced enough of it yet or explored enough of it. But again, pay stubs, I was going and doing a house loan and having to go through my HR team really sucked. It took me a few days to get what I needed and just logging in at any time of the day. Like you said, it's really simple and easy to just grab what I need and go instead of waiting to hear back from someone else.
