Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom for a full HRIS system. It is our Payroll system, performance discussions, performance reviews, basically the entire journey of the life of an employee. This systems helps ease communication barriers we are a large corporation across the United States.

- Consistent system updates causing things to change a lot
- The whole reporting area needs better advancements that are adjustable for the end user
- Ease of use on where changes can effect different places within Paycom
- With multiple payroll profiles better transition for employees who move between payroll profiles.
- Saves time with personal action forms - cuts down communication - allows for easy workflow
- Performance reviews allow for communication between the manager/employee in one spot.
- Payroll flows easy and does most of the calculating
I have only used Paycom at my current place of employment but it does allow us to function as a large employer across the US.
I love the workflows. Paycom does a great job making the workflows extremely clear as to who will be next in the process until it meets its final destination. Paycom also holds all the information about what happened during that workflow for audit purposes. This has helped save time by allowing the end user to find what is happening and what stage of the process something is in.
In general to ask questions but it really is just a stronger search engine
