Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Really just as an employee, we use it really to check on anything that's applicable myself from pay to time off and a bunch of other activities including benefits.

Pros

  • Tells me where my money is, which is most important, as well as time off and other types of benefit options. All important to me.

Cons

  • I don't have any suggestions at this time. I'm pleased with it.
  • I mean, for me it gives me peace of mind. I can check on the status of my items very easily and then it lets me focus on the task at hand for work. So peace of mind is the biggest thing and frees up my capacity to focus on the business.
I mean, this is just very easy to use. I don't have anything additional to add.
Ease of use, just very easy to access and use. That's all. Yeah, I don't have much more to give on that.
This would be the only one. Yeah, I mean, historically, probably used some other ones, but I would say Paycom is the most recent one.

I mean, overall for me, I just think it's very convenient to use, easy to access. And as an individual, I just think it's convenient, it's easy. No room for improvement in my opinion. You keep doing what you're doing.
