Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use the payroll and data insights components the most. It provides integration with 401k and other benefits giving a more seamless payroll process for employees.

- maintain acct. manager - took a while to land with a competent acct manager, for several months we had a new acct manager every 3-4 months
- initial phone rep seems to only have very basic knowledge of the system and its capabilities

Yes - Initial phase was a little clunky. We later added expense and onboarding.
Change management was minimal

Yes - Waiting for the CA Pay Data report to be posted again, it is missing
We have an amazing account manager. It took some time to get a knowledgeable account manager. For a period of time, we were getting a new account manager every 3-4 months. This was horrible and the inconsistency in system knowledge was extremely frustrating.
