Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the payroll and data insights components the most. It provides integration with 401k and other benefits giving a more seamless payroll process for employees.

  • our acct. manager is consistently being replaced (every 3-4 months)
  • always get a different rep when calling with question
  • initial phone rep seems to only have very basic knowledge of the system and its capabilities
  • streamlined expense reimbursements
  • enabled employees to access/edit with self-service
