Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity serves as our HRIS, Benefits, and Payroll system. We use it from onset with the onboarding of new colleagues through lifecycle and with exit surveys. The information we can pull from Paylocity is used directly in many departments across the organization like Finance, IT, Operations, and beyond.

- The electronic feeds to our carriers in the benefits platform have been substantial to time saved and accuracy of employee records.
Payroll is pretty automatic for easy cases.
Surveys have been helpful in onboarding and offboarding survey information. We are collecting info on a quarterly basis to find trends and actionable items to address.
