Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Payroll, recruiting, reviews, trainings, surveys. The product addresses all areas of HR and Payroll and we use it for all HR needs.
  • Customer support is very quick to respond and reps are knowledgeable.
  • Payroll is very easy to run and any issues are resolved on timely basis.
  • Webinars are very helpful and up to date.
  • Tech support for configurations.

Paylocity has allowed for better recruiting tracking and cost analysis.
Surveys have been a great tool in employee feedback and new hire feedback and how we as a company can improve orientation and retention processes.
Paylocity is very easy to navigate and is very user friendly.
