Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity many times a day. We particularly use Community, HR & Payroll, LMS, Compensation, and Performance, among other modules. Even if there are bugs from time to time, Paylocity seems fluid enough that they can work through certain situations and that is helpful. The Community feature is terrific for employee engagement and we use it daily for a variety of announcements, news, internal job postings, etc.

- The LMS Module needs the most work by far in my opinion. It needs a dashboard by employee to see how many hours of training they have completed.
- Performance Module could use some improvements
- More Surveys are needed in the survey module. I don't think anymore have been added for a long time.

Somewhat, but better communication from Paylocity would be helpful. For instance, right now we used Concur to manage expenses. I think (but am not sure) that Paylocity has a similar feature. When don't hear from our account rep often enough to hear about products or more efficiency in the products we already have. Paylocity needs to bring back their IN PERSON Elevate conference. The online option is a waste of my time in my opinion.
We use Community and Surveys all the time. I love both of those tools and they are effective in my organization. Impressions haven't really caught on and we don't use premium video. I'm not even sure how we would use premium video. Nobody has shown me.
We get contacted ALL THE TIME by other companies. They offer free earpods or some other pretty nice gift if I sit through a presentation. I don't like to do that because they are way too pushy for my taste. I want to stick with Paylocity, but I would like to see some good improvements.
