Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for EVERYTHING! It is our HRIS system, payroll processing, recruiting, onboarding, Employee Handbook creation, compensation, performance management, reporting. We were using paper everything for HRIS and with Onboarding we've saved time and created a much more efficient process! No more manual reports, I get everything I want with Report Writer.

Since implementing the full suite of Paylocity features, we are spending a lot less time on day to day items. Employees can make many changes to their own file themselves now. I can post jobs to multiple sites from Paylocity instead of posting separately on each individual site. Screening candidates with multiple team members is much easier now.
We are just starting to use the Community and Peer Recognition features, so I can't give a great answer for this one. However, I can see the value and benefit of using them, which is why I'm working to integrate them more into our employee's day to day interactions with eachother and Paylocity.
We use isolved before Paylocity. It was expensive and the customer service was increasingly frustrating to the point of TERRIBLE. We looked at Paychex, ADP and Paycom, but for the money we felt Paylocity was the best bet. We were right! I've never had customer service complaints like I did with isolved.

Using Paylocity
We have Managers and Supervisors that use Paylocity to approve PTO for their direct reports and their time cards as well. I have Managers who use Paylocity to determine increases and handle performance management.
2 - As the Director of Human Resources for a company with 100+ employees, I am the user most often in Paylocity. I process the payroll, handle the onboarding, set up the jobs for recruiting, deal with the performance management process and compensation process and provide reports to outside vendors as well as our Finance department.
