Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Our office uses Paylocity to process timecards and payroll. PTO is easy to use and track for all employees through Paylocity. The payroll process is simple and easy to use. I appreciate having a team of representatives available to assist with all payroll questions. I have used Paylocity for 3+ years now and recently recommended their services to another client.

- The Paylocity Implementation team could use more training about setting up payroll and payroll tax payments mid-quarter.
- Paylocity Sales team could have better communication overall.
- Paylocity could implement a notificaiton to the reviwer/approver/supervisor when an employee makes a time punch edit on their timecard.
- I spend much less time processing timecards with Paylocity.
- The employees love seeing their PTO balances in real time either via the app or through the desktop website.
- The employees love being able to access their paystub and W2's on demand either via the app or through the dekstop website.
- I enjoy how easy it is to process payroll with Paylocity.
I am able to spend less time processing timecards and payroll each pay period. I am also able to spend less time reviewing and verifying the 4010k contributions withheld from each employees paycheck thanks to the Payroll Bridge Paylocity offers. I also enjoy the employment poster subscription that automatically ships the updated posters for us to post in the ofice.
Paylocity offers a module called Community where everyone can engage and see all postings. Everyone enjoys this feature as it provides all employees the ability to stay up to date with the announcements and events of the office. In this module, instrucitons and videos can be posted for all employee's to review and learn.
Paylocity is much more user friendly and has better reporting. The Service Team at Paylocity is really what makes the most difference. They Service Team is very quick to repsond and that is vital when processing payroll. ADP is best suited for larger companies and QuickBooks service is difficult to contact.
