Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our current HRIS System which is also being utilized for Payroll. Paylocity continues to make improvements on the Admin side, as well as the employee side. The app allows for employees to view payroll, request time off and join the community for company information.

Pros

Cons

  • on occasion, customer service...some just point you to PEAK articles without provided great support.
  • reduced time on payroll
There could be a payroll calendar where everyone can see who is scheduled out.
Community helps the employees stay engaged with other employees.
The instant recognition impressions, allows us to provide peer to peer recognition as well as manager/reports
I would rate it higher on my scale than ADP, but I there are some features in Bamboo that were missing from Paylocity
