Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll Management, HR Administration, Employee Self-Service Portal, Mobile Access and Reporting and Analytics. It helps us solve our business case of managing employees and 1099s all over the country.

Paylocity has automated certain tasks such as sending our new hires all of the Onboarding documents to complete before they start working - that significantly helps with reduce the amount of manual work we need to complete in HR. It also helps us with compliance related matters as all of our tax forms and I9 documents are received by their start date.
Community Plus has had a great impact on our employee engagement as it has given our employees a central place where they can interact with each other. We have employees all across the country so engagement can be very challenging but through community and through sending impressions we can increase the level of engagement our staff feels.
I like Paylocity more than ADP and Paycor - it is more similar to Zenefits but more focused on a mid-sized company. I think Paylocity could benefit from some of the design features that Zenefits offers. Paylocity is more intuitive to use than ADP in my opinion and is just easier to navigate.

Paylocity is a solid HRIS option - it handles everything that is needed for a small-to-mid-sized business and gives us few issues. It comes with all the bells and whistles that could possibly be desired. The design could be updated in a more intuitive way for some features but overall it is a great software.
