Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Payroll and HRIS and HRMS. Paylocity provides reporting solutions, performance management and COBRA administration.

Some improvement in freeing up time for strategic work.
Paylocity is as good in terms of payroll processing; the reporting is lacking in terms of finding the report with the information you need; customer service is excellent; however you really don't have an account manager, except in name only.

Paylocity is great for Payroll. As a HR professional, it doesn't always address needs in a meaningful way.
