Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity on a daily basis, with employees clocking in, clocking out and requesting time off. We also use Paylocity to preform bi-weekly payroll. We have been using Paylocity since January 2023 and are learning more about the system as we go. A lot of what has been learned has been self taught. We had a hard time getting assistance towards the end of our roll out. The managers that set up our system seemed to be on a deadline and too busy to help us with issues we were having. For example we had a time and labor manager, we had a GL manager, we had a HR manager, and so on. If we came across something that wasn't working or did not make sense, we would try and get ahold of one of the managers and would never get a response by email. I had several issues that were not resolved when we were turned over to customer service.

  • Reports can not be downloaded to Excel format make reporting very difficult
Some, we are trying to get employees engaged to use it more.
