Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I process our Payroll using Paylocity so our employees can be paid.

Pros

  • Customer service.
  • Product enhancement.
  • Ease of use.
  • Security

Cons

  • New hire on boarding can be easier.
  • Report creating can be more user friendly.
  • Auto integration with 401k provider.
  • Payroll is completed easily thereby reducing cost.
  • Employee self service is time saving to the company.
  • Fees charge are reasonable and cost effective.
Payroll processing is quick and easy. Reporting and running reports is quick. Direct deposit is a big time saver. Our GL is not integrated.
We do not use any of that through Paylocity. We use other tools for that.
it was not user-friendly. was more expensive reporting was cumbersome.
