Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We just recently implemented Paylocity and had a great experience. We use Recruitment, Onboarding, HR/Payroll, Benefits, Performance and Surveys, plus Community and Self-Service. It has been a very smooth transition for all of our users.

Pros

  • HR/Payroll Implementation
  • Customization
  • Mobile Friendly

Cons

  • Time/Labor Implementation was a little rocky
  • Efficiency for the HR department
  • Increased performance management
It has freed up time for both the HR department and for our supervisors.
Better peer to peer recognition and the ability to gather employee opinions.
UKG and Paylocity were fairly similar, but we thought the user experience seemed simpler with Paylocity. Paycom did not have as great of customer service and was much more expensive.
