Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Chirality uses the HR and payroll, Performance, Timekeeping, and Onboarding modules to support our new hires and existing employees.

Pros

Cons

  • The Timekeeping layout is not well received. We prefer to see a weekly horizontal view where charge codes would be in the far left column and the next columns would be a weekly view of Monday to Sunday.
  • Having to navigate through multiple windows to add a new hire into the Timekeeping module.
  • Significantly reduced errors between our HR Lead and Payroll Lead.
  • Centralization of our once disparate systems are now under one roof in Paylocity.
  • Improved visibility of workforce actions.
Paylocity has significantly improved our efficiency of efforts between our Payroll and HR efforts. We were being peppered with errors due to poor communication and antiquated tools such as emails.
This is N/A for us as we do not use these services.
Paylocity has met or exceeded the capacity of these other products. Specifically, now that we have all these tools centralized under Paylocity.

Paylocity is well suited to providing ease to onboarding new hires into the HR and Payroll modules. This onboarding allows a seamless self-service for our new hires.
