It has made my life easier. My goal as the payroll and benefit manager is to save time and reduce errors. Paylocity has done this!
We do not use Paylocity for employee recognition, but we use the surveys for exit interviews and pulse interviews and we get a lot of information from the surveys.
Paylocity is prettier and easier to use. I also like the help section that gives articles to learn how to do something in Paylocity.
