Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
The main tools we use are Payroll processing and everything that comes with that (tax filing and such), out-of-state agency registration, employee onboarding, and time & labor. Time and Labor has been a great tool for many of our clients, especially assisting with compliance regarding overtime and meal premiums for California employers.

From what I have used, Paycom is the one closest but I still prefer Paylocity because is way more user-friendly with Payroll processing, timesheets, accruals, and reporting. Paycom is cumbersome, the customer service is just okay and the platform is "rigid", employees don't have the option to even reset their own passwords. I really like Paylocity's timesheet and how easy it is to read and edit. I also appreciate the dynamic reporting although I would like to see Payroll data as an option.
