Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

As a company, we don't use Paylocity to the fullest. But what we do use Paylocity for has been good. For instance, we now streamline our performance reviews. I try to push Paylocity within my organization to help me be more effective in my role.

Pros

Cons

  • Workflows - I think it's too much at times
  • Data Insight - I wish we could add fields to the reports
  • Surveys - would like to be able to auto assign
  • Position - would be nice to be able to easily remove positions from other company ids
  • To delete and/or archive a field it has to be removed from all records (active and terms) before removing
  • Better workforce visibility
  • Better data
  • Streamlining processes
I wish we used Paylocity to the fullest extent possible but we don't. We use a condensed version. But the items we do use has streamlined our work and made it easier.
We don't use those tools.
Paycom was good. It allowed us to customize what we needed. Bamboo HR was easy to use.

The review process is easy and works well. I do wish the Employee HR file and the record matched up.
