Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity has made it easier to complete payroll and quarterly taxes. It automates almost all of my tasks.

- Never able to talk to our account manager.

We have been able to start using the recruiting function as we spend less time on payroll and payroll related issues.
Our staff hasn't been utilizing the community engagement as much as they should be. It is a goal for the upcoming year.

Using Paylocity
27 - We are an insurance agency. Users consist of administrative staff, sales staff, customer service and licensed agents.
1 - Very minimal stills are required. Most of the admin tasks are self explanatory and the shelf help on Paylocity is usually sufficient to get through any issue we have. When we have had issues that require help, the customer service staff are always available and help in a timely manner- usually while on the phone with them.

Yes - Paylocity originally was linking to LinkedIn. The connectivity was not there. They never got back to me on it but I see that feature no longer exists.
Needed to add our PTO policy in. It was never done at the inception. The staff who helped us got it done in a day.
