Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity has made it easier to complete payroll and quarterly taxes. It automates almost all of my tasks.

We have been able to start using the recruiting function as we spend less time on payroll and payroll related issues.
Our staff hasn't been utilizing the community engagement as much as they should be. It is a goal for the upcoming year.

Using Paylocity

22 - Insurance industry customer service reps and agents
1 - Very minimal stills are required. Most of the admin tasks are self explainatory

Paylocity is working fine for us. They have given us no reason to switch and it is time consuming and not fiscally responsible to switch often.

Paylocity Implementation

I would make sure you have a dedicated team at Paylocity to complete the implementation. We had staff from Paylocity quit and things were not completed properly. They dropped the ball so to speak on that portion of it. we have encountered multiple issues since then and are still not using the Time off tracking to its full capabilities.
Change management was minimal

  • Not completing the time and labor module. Paylocity staff just quit

Paylocity Support

We have had to contact support often for things that were not setup or not set up properly to begin with. The time and labor was not completed properly. The staff that helps us have been great. Just wish it was done properly to begin with.

Yes - Paylocity originally was linking to LinkedIn. The connectivity was not there. They never got back to me on it but I see that feature no longer exists.
Needed to add our PTO policy in. It was never done at the inception. The staff who helped us got it done in a day.

Using Paylocity

Very easy to use and self explanatory. If you run into trouble, they have published help articles to get you through it.
