Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity to run Payroll for multiple Clients. Their program is user friendly, customizable, and reliable. I have used multiple Payroll providers in the past, and Paylocity outperforms all of them. Some things Paylocity provides that others do not: A dedicated account manager, same day turnaround on emails questions, customizable reports, ability to handle multiple garnishments, and knowledgeable employees.

Pros

  • Dedicated and knowledgeable Account Managers
  • Responds to questions in a reasonable time frame

Cons

  • Customizable reports can be difficult to create
  • They cannot register to Local taxes
  • The tax registration process is a few too many steps
  • reduced errors

  • more consistent processes that are easier to navigate
I can run an accurate Payroll in a timely manner. I have access to all I need within the program, and I spend less time looking for accurate data.
I don't use this feature.

Paylocity is a great Payroll platform that can also be used as a HRIS system. It can hold all information in one place, while keeping it secure. It has detailed privacy roles that keep information to only those needed. The onboarding is easy, and the ability to integrate with Benefit and Payroll providers makes accuracy easier to attain.
