Great Decision in Selecting Paylocity
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I utilize Paylocity as my official HRIS, benefits administration, payroll, time keeping.
Pros
- Time keeping for the factory employees. Able to use schedules to manager time.
- Benefits administration with EDI to all major carriers makes like great
- Payroll process is intuitive and easy to use.
Cons
- Their leave administration was a little difficult to learn and use
- Enrolling a new employee in benefits assumes the employee already set up their personal App. This is not always the case so I have to create the employee account before I can enroll them in benefits.
- Reduction in hours to process payroll as a direct result of implementing Paylocity
- Reduction in data entry errors
Their core processes work as they should, very reliable and dependable.
We have "turn on" community and peer recognition. Its adoption has been slow, but those that use it really value it.
ADP seem too "complicated", certain review indicated their application is difficult to learn, support is suffering
