Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We utilize Paylocity for all of our HRIS needs. We started out with payroll and timekeeping as our main functions through Paylocity and have continued to expand our product use to include document storage/management, employee surveys, recruitment, benefits management, and more. By utilizing the features Paylocity offers, we have been able to eliminate a great deal of extra waste in manual processing, paperwork, and human error. I can't wait to realize that all the products are fully available.

This has been a huge save for us! We have automated many of our payroll, benefits, leave, onboarding, recruitment, and even reporting functions. I am highly appreciative of the time and efforts that Paylocity has saved me and my HR and management teams.
Our employees took to the Community and Peer Recognition without us even pushing it as a company. They like having that function at their own fingertips and visible at a company level. The surveys have been amazing! I love providing a quick and easy way to get a pulse on the workforce while being able to analyze the data that comes back clearly. We have already made many changes to the survey data we received from employees.

I find that Paylocity is much more user-friendly than the other systems I have used (both on the administrator and employee sides). I also feel like we are receiving better customer service and support than I have ever received through the other companies.
