Payroll, Benefits and Handbook

Pros

  • Employee Handbook set -up
  • Payroll Reporting

Cons

  • Payroll Entry needs to be "tweaked" more automatically
  • Payroll tax reports more visible
  • More query report capability.
  • Reduced cost of payroll significantly
  • Implementation process could be smoother-need better communication during the eprcess
Employees really like the Paylocity app on their phone and the easy access they have to their payroll data
Less expensive and the reports are much better

Paylocity Implementation

Only minor suggestion I would make is the internal departments at Paylocity need to work closer together and understand then entire package, not just their area of expertise.
