Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for all my payroll and human resources needs. The product is great, user friendly, and cover all areas of concern. We were seeking a robust system that would helps take the next leap of innovation and found it through Paylocity. After one year of service, no regrets; both the organization and the employees enjoy the capabilities presented.

Ys they have, in a positive way; as indicated; more efficient and time saving.
We have not had an opportunity to engage in these areas of yet. Our firm has only been using Paylocity for about a year now.

Well suited would be all topics payroll and human resources; where I think it lacks a bit is on benefit summaries like making sure ACA is up to date.

Paylocity Reliability

With the ability to designate user roles and access to the system, it has made things easier and seamless. On the week we process payroll, at any one time, I can say up to five (5) managers, three (3) executives, and one (1) admin rep can be using the system at the same time.
Have not experienced any outages and thus far, Paylocity seems to be available whenever needed.
No complaints at all, very reliable, performs great, and all supportive.
