Yes - We reported a "ghost" in our benefits set up and we are five years into benefits enhanced and still occasionally have issues where random things will switch or revert to old data.
Joe Felice is now our dedicated benefits enhanced support manager, and from the day he came to help us, he has been the most dedicated and supportive customer service representative I have dealt with in 35 years of handling benefits. He has even been promoted twice and has taken our company with him to his new higher role so that we do not lose his support.
