Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We decided to get Procore in order to consolidate the multiple programs that we were using to manage our projects. It has increased our efficiency by allowing us to see all of our information in one place vs. switching between multiple applications. Since we are a small company, our whole office is utilizing the product, from the office to the field.
- Our superintendents really like the Daily Log module to keep track of manpower, deliveries, inspections, etc.
- The overall project management process is streamlined with change orders and contracts.
- The customer support is top notch. They are always improving the product.
- The bidding process could be a little better.
- Some of the integrations and their price points put small companys at a disadvantage.
It can be a struggle to get owners, architects, and subcontractors on board with Procore. But, once they're in, the process for submitting/reviewing/collaborating is greatly increased.
- We have only been using Procore for several months and are still calculating the returns. I can say that our process has been streamlined by using Procore.
