Implementation Rating

The support offered in great. Being able to walk through videos or reading how to documents also helped. Utilizing the live chat has also been helpful. However the learning curve and adaptation of everybody involved is rather time consuming. Getting everybody on board to utilize procore to its fullest extents has proven to be a challenge.

Ease of Integration

Getting all parties involve to recognize the time savings and collaboration has been a struggle. I think the construction industry as a whole is slow to change. Getting field personnel to utilize procore has been a struggle but on the bright side once they commit to it they end up loving it.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Procore has transformed the way we transfer information between our site and office. Gone are the days of repeated informational exchange through Outlook. Procore gets all the information in front of everybody. The time savings is huge as you are no longer spending a ton of time emailing documents like drawings, submittals, and RFIs. Aslo the ability to upload daily photos for the owners to few progress is huge. The schedule tool works seemless with procore drive and allows for quick schedule updates that upload automatically to the project. Being able to capture meeting minutes and distributing them to all the required individuals is quick and easy.

Collaboration Benefits

Yes we have noticed a huge benefit from these capabilities. Reducing the amount of time spent emailing documents back and forth has been a huge boost in daily efficiency. We also know that whats on the cloud is the latest and greatest version of the document and all vendors have access to it.

Alternatives Considered

Procore has a very user friendly interface that is very easy to navigate. It has a ton of features that you can take advantage of but don't necessarily have to use. The flexibility of usage is whats great. You can pretty much use as much or as little as you need.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is incredibly well suited for any general contractor. The ability it provides to distribute and manage information is great. Working on a large scale project helps to limit the amount of office personnel required to manage a project. It is also very successful at managing files (RFIs, submittals, etc.) between the contractor and the design team.
