Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We implemented Procore as our construction software in late 2015 and have been using it exclusively since. It turns data into easily accessible information in the cloud. It forces projects into the same formats and tracking systems for company-wide standards.
- Plan coordination.
- RFI & Submittal management.
- Budget and subcontractor contract management.
- Punch List management is clunky, there have been improvements, but still a long way to go.
Collaboration is everything in a moving contruction project. We have integrated Procore for all budgets, billings, RFI/Submittal/Plan coordination.
We've found a lot of value in the subcontractor payment requisition processing, as well as prime contract requisition processing. It forces the subcontractors to bill on the general contractors terms, with no overbilling or billing of unapproved change order work.
For clients, it gives them an easy place to access plans / RFIs / submittal information when a question comes up.

- Provides a safety cushion in its consistency in RFIs Submittals Daily Reports etc.
- Documentation is consistant accross projects and markets. If a problem comes up at the close out of the project, whether a defect claim or a LD claim, our documentation is all stored in one place. We're not hunting through ex-employees emails or files to find information.
