Overall Satisfaction with Procore
At Steed Construction we use Procore as a company tool for the field to communicate with the office as well as subcontractors and owners. Procore allows all parties to collaborate on field reports, financials and contract status.
- Collaboration is important between the field and office. Procore offers us a way to communicate effectively between the two so that work flows are more efficient.
- Procore offers a great accounting side that helps the field and office review budgets, change orders and identify cost overruns.
- Procore has a unique document tracking feature called prolog. This helps determine when documents are submitted and modified.
- Procore has a great photo tool allowing users to take and upload photos with time and date stamps. Photos can easily be sorted into files and downloaded or emailed.
- Procore can be a bit slow and clunky from the field. I suspect this is due to connectivity.
- As Procore continues to grow it becomes more cumbersome and harder to find or seek out the tools you use on regular basis.
- Proecore could be more intuitive when it comes to spelling and grammar.
- Procore has helped cut down on Superintendent time in the office and is user friendly for tablets and iPads.
- Procore has streamline contract creation and collaboration between the office and the subcontractors.
- Procore has a unique drawing tool that really helps cut down on printing drawings by allowing us to upload, redline and manage oldest to most recent drawings all in one tool.
Plagued while great for marking up plans and creating punchlists is not so great at collaboration on the contract and daily report side. Note vault while it is awesome on the daily report side is lacking in the plan organization and contract side. Procore is the one stop management shop for construction. If you are in the construction industry it is a must have.
