Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Customer support is terrific so utilize it for any issues that may arise.
Integration is a two way street and at times Procore's integration (or itegration plans) are hindered by the ERP system.
Procore is being used throughout the organization and other project team members. It's primarily used for effective collaboration.
  • Organization
  • Ease of use
  • Cost of implementation
  • Not fully integrated into ERP
As a vehicle for collaboration Procore allows us to streamline the project management process without pushback from the subcontractors and other players on the job.
  • Cost of implementation and use is far less expensive than our prior PM software
  • Provides for consistency throughout the process and across jobs.
  • Procore is pretty intuitive so while training is needed and desirable, less is needed than what you would think for the scope of the process.
Functionality wise they are similar but Procore is continually adding more functionality while Constructware is more stagnant in the development of it's product. At this point Procore is a more well rounded product.
Procore is always evolving, so if it can't do exactly what you want stick around.
