Pros
- Drawing tools and collaboration
- RFI tool
- Document Management
Cons
- Email function. We still use Outlook as the current tool is a bit clunky
- The ability to .pdf in Prodrive without having to download and upload
Procore is much simpler to use and has plenty of functions that you can turn on or off to suit your business.
Also, the feedback from subcontractors and consultants is that they love it because they can still use their own system or process and easily integrate into Procore with minimal effort and fuss.

Procore allows streamlined collaboration between all stakeholders.
It's great because the subcontractors no longer have to wait for us, the main contractor, to issue information as they have the power and the access to review the response from the consultant. This speeds up processes and allows all to benefit from the system.
